OUR WORK IN THE MEDICAL SECTOR
A few years ago, we had the opportunity to move into the medical technology industry. We took this opportunity and produced the injection moulds and series components for the first test series of a dialysis machine for the company Fresenius Kabi. This was not the first contact with medical technology in terms of mould making, but for our series production it was.
For our customers in this segment, not only is high-quality production important, but also compliance with certain clean room and medical standards.

These positive experiences prompted us to take a closer look at this sector and we are therefore planning to offer our customers series production of medical technology products in the foreseeable future, thus expanding our portfolio into this segment.
EXACTLY TUNED SOLUTIONS FOR MEDICAL CHALLENGES
Our expertise in the field of medical technology is based on know-how, state-of-the-art plastics engineering, and high-quality mould construction. In our in-house toolmaking department, we manufacture moulds that are suitable for clean rooms on high-precision machines, which allow us to cater flexibly to customer requirements and to implement necessary changes and repairs promptly. Our demand for quality and precision guarantees that all components meet the highest standards and satisfy the requirements of our customers.
HIGH-PRECISION MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY MADE OF PLASTIC
Our state-of-the-art production hall is an air-conditioned grey room and serves as an upstream zone for our 230 m², ISO-class-7 clean room. This allows us to create ideal conditions for the production and assembly of injection moulded parts.
The specialised processes in our cleanroom include:

QUALITY ASSURANCE IN THE CLEANROOM LABORATORY
In our 20-m² cleanroom laboratory, we guarantee the quality of our products by using stateof-the-art analysis methods. High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) will play a decisive role as a powerful method in the future. In addition, we prepare reagents and chemicals for production here, in order to guarantee the highest purity and precision standards.
